We love seeing what the natural Iowa landscape produces and think that pairing foraged ingredients with the fresh produce from our farm will create an unforgettable meal!
Andrew of Hoffman Farm and Forage is a professional chef, licensed forager, and diverse produce farmer. With over 15 years in the restaurant industry he possesses a deep passion for locally sources, sustainable, and in season Iowa ingredients. His focus is on cultivating a strong community of local farmers and chefs with a desire to build connections to further develop the local food movement.
