Dinner on the Farm with Chef Ryan Skinner

We love when new, amazing restaurants open in Des Moines and want to feature our produce on their menus! When Chef Ryan opened his two restaurants in the basement of the historic Val Air Ballroom, Tom Archer’s Poor Man’s Country Club and Work In Progress, we immediately got a call. Ryan has always been a loyal customer/chef of our farm and we can’t wait to welcome him back to our farm this summer to prepare what we know will be a remarkable meal. Mark your calendars. This is the last dinner of the season so we thought we would go out with a BANG!
