Meet the Chefs:

Mallory Holt, an Iowa native, and Ryan Nicholson, originally from upstate New York, are the duo behind Littleleaf Luncheonette in Waukee. After six years of working side by side, they took the leap to build something of their own, rooted in quality, seasonality, and genuine hospitality. Inspired by their travels and driven by a deep respect for ingredients, they opened Littleleaf in October of 2025, creating a space where thoughtful sourcing and community meet at the table.
