Join us Sunday, September 13th for dinner on the farm with Chef Ryan Skinner of The Cheese Bar of Des Moines and the Iowa Culinary Institute. We are thrilled that Chef Ryan will be joining us this season (and will be back for the Harvest Dinner in October) as he is passionate about local food. Chef Ryan has a background in elevated fine dining previously as the chef of Harbinger and Poor Man’s Supper Club in Des Moines he now is an instructor for the ICI program at DMACC and is the new head chef at The Cheese Bar on Ingersol. Ryan frequently visits us at the farmers market buying up farm fresh produce for use in his restaurants and we can’t wait to see his menu for this dinner!
